Why does Foundry have a new website?

We are really excited to launch our new website, which is designed to deliver a superior user experience. The new website is responsive, easier to navigate and will include a new Community and account management interface that will allow you to view your online purchases.

Why does the new website refer to “The Foundry” as “Foundry”?

“The Foundry” corporate name has been officially changed to “Foundry”. One of the primary reasons for the change was the acquisition of a new corporate domain: www.foundry.com. With the move to this domain, it is natural that the company name match for ultimate clarity.

What will happen to the previous website at www.thefoundry.co.uk?

The previous Foundry corporate website has been retired. Should you visit www.thefoundry.co.uk, you will be redirected to the new company website at www.foundry.com.

What does the new Community offer?

We are also pleased to have launched a new Community accessible from Foundry’s main website. The community offers a new look and feel, an opportunity to showcase your projects, a wealth of learning content and our discussion forums.

Where do I get help?

If you have issues installing or using your product, visit https://support.foundry.com. If you have a sales-related query, request a callback from a member of our Sales team. For general inquiries, email info@foundry.com. For questions regarding license keys, contact licenses@foundry.com.

If I had an existing account with Foundry, will I be able to use this to sign in to the new website?

Yes, you can access your existing account using the same login credentials as you used previously.

What’s coming next?

We will continue to develop and enhance your online experience including offering the ability to view and manage your trials and licenses online and a new jobs board in the Foundry Community.

How can I provide feedback on the new website?

If I have purchased a product and need to re-install it, what is the process?

Please login to the My Accounts page and then click on the “products” tab. From there you will be able to download the products that you have purchased.

How can I access Nuke and Mari Non-commercial versions?

The Nuke and Mari Non-commercial versions will soon be available on our website. In the interim, please visit www.thefoundry.co.uk/products/non-commercial/ to access the software.
